Distribution

We are specialists in distributing, exporting and producing CDs, SACDs and DVD.

Codaex has offices in Belgium (Head Office, where our central warehouse and logistics hub is based), France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway and the United Kingdom. Additionally, Codaex has a worldwide network of befriended co-distributors around the globe. A full listing of these partners can be found at CODAEX EXPORT.

Each office carries its own portfolio, suited to its own market. In our own territories, we take care of the distribution and marketing of labels such as Chandos, BIS, Hyperion, Channel Classics, CPO, MDG, Telarc/Heads Up, Somm, Haenssler and Enja. The total number of titles in distribution with Codaex is currently approaching 55.000 titles.

In the Benelux, Codaex has by far the largest market share in distributing classical DVDs from labels such as Opus Arte and Euroarts.

We also have the worldwide export rights for (amongst others) Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra Live, PentaTone Classics, Melodiya, Globe Records and Glyndebourne Opera House.

For each of these labels, we offer different, custom made distribution solutions, from fulfilment and handling to complete distribution, including press, PR and marketing support.

Marketing

Codaex believes strongly in an intensive media approach, investing time and energy in a long lasting relationship with all media. From newspapers to e-marketing, we maintain a high profile contact with the press (radio, television and print) to maximise the publicity for the products distributed by Codaex.

Also in the field of marketing, we offer custom made solutions. In co-operation with our labels, we develop a marketing plan, finding the best and most affordable approach of media for your product, ranging from advertising, promotions, special offers with third parties etc, to e-marketing developments and evolution.
